Hard pink studios is located in downtown Los Angeles. All the rooms have Room-within-a-room, multi layer construction with custom framing. Surface panels with LED lighting tracks. Lights are controlled via remote panel and app. Studio furniture is by Zaor. While Studio C has barefoot and Yamaha monitors, Studio A is graced with Genelec 1238A monitors and 7380A subwoofers installed within wall soffits. Outboard gear includes 500-series modules and a few choice pieces like a CL1-b and 1176 clone. All gear was carefully chosen to facilitate monster vocal takes as quickly as possible. Grace Designs m905 monitor controllers are used to switch between the different sets of speakers. Universal Audio Apollo x8 interfaces and patchbays form the central hubs for both rooms as they utilize a hybrid approach of in-the-box and some modest outboard gear.
